A paper submitted to Public Administration Review

A research paper based on my dissertation has been submitted to the Public Administration Review in the Spring. This paper explores why and how different types of uncertainty affect collaborative performance using illustrated San Pedro Watershed case. It took almost 3 years planning, conducting data collection, and finally submitting it to the journal.
